What is inside
The museum covers about 1,200 square metres in 14 themed areas that follow the club’s history, its titles and its players. It was designed by MUDE, a company that builds and runs sports museums in Europe and the Americas, with earlier projects for Juventus, Benfica, River Plate and Wembley. MUDE is also the operator of the entry ticket compared on this page.
When it opened, tickets were sold for a fixed day and time slot, with 15 minutes’ grace for late arrivals. Check the time on your ticket and arrive a little early.

Museum, club tour or a day around Flamengo
The Mude entry ticket is the short version, at about 50 minutes. Gray Line Brazil takes about 30 minutes for the museum, or about an hour with a look around the club grounds. TSN Experiences spends about four hours around the club, and C2Rio Tours turns the museum into a six-hour football day with the Maracanã.
What changes in Gávea
In January 2026 the club’s plans for the Gávea site gained momentum: a themed hotel, an interactive museum and a small stadium, financed through private partners (travel.com.br, January 2026). Until something is built, the museum described here is the one you visit.
